      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide peer support to callers, connecting with individuals in need over the phone
      - Build rapport and engage clients effectively while maintaining HIPAA compliance
      - Offer resources and information to callers seeking assistance
      - Remain calm and professional while multi-tasking in a high-demand environment
      - Participate in ongoing meetings, training, and team-building activities with fellow specialists

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Certification as a Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or equivalent
      - Accepted certifications include CFPSW, CPSW, and CWF or equivalent
      - Current experience as a peer with a willingness to acquire additional certification as required by law
      - Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in crisis intervention or peer support roles
      - Familiarity with the New Mexico Crisis and Access Line (NMCAL) or similar services
      - Ability to relate to and understand diverse experiences and backgrounds
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
