      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Speak with callers over the phone, connecting with individuals seeking support
      - Build rapport and engage clients effectively
      - Provide necessary resources and information to callers
      - Maintain professionalism and composure while multi-tasking to support callers
      - Work flexible hours including holidays and weekends to meet the needs of those seeking peer support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Certification as a Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or equivalent
      - Accepted certifications include CFPSW, CPSW, and CWF or equivalent
      - Current experience as a peer with a willingness to acquire certification per applicable laws and regulations
      - Commitment to confidentiality and a continued focus on personal recovery

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in crisis intervention or peer support roles
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
      - Previous training in mental health or related fields
