      Role: Pega Admin

      Duration: C2C/C2H/Fulltime

      Location: Tampa, FL

      Job Description:

      1. Knowledge on Overall Pega System

      2. Knowledge on deployment for Pega releases to all environments.

      3. Knowledge on Analyzing pega logs for any performance or defect.

      4. Work with Pega team through SR for advice/hot fix for any issues.

      5. Work with load test team for environment readiness; generate alert logs and send report/advice to the teams for any issues improvement.

      6. Knowledge of PLA for alert and exception for detail analysis offline.

      7. Knowledge of SMA for detail information gathering for individual users.

      8. Restart JVMs whenever requested.

      9. Knowledge on Pega Upgrade.

      10. Basic UNIX command (copy, delete, list, execute Unix command in Linux servers etc..)

      11. Basic WebSphere Knowledge

      Basic DB knowledge (understanding SQL queries, optimization etc..)
