What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into PEGA artifacts
- Define process stages, steps, and flows in PEGA based on business requirements
- Document reporting and non-functional requirements for PEGA
- Lead requirements conversations and push for out-of-the-box capabilities
- Design and configure PEGA rules and flows, and assist with user interface development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Senior or Lead Business Systems Analyst role
- Strong experience with PEGA and other BPM tools
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology and experience with Rally and RRC
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Telecom, Banking, or Financial domains
- Familiarity with Smart Dispute Processing and Sales and Servicing
- Previous experience with KTA Workflow, GMG, or other BPM tools
- Understanding of interface/integration technologies
- Strong leadership skills in requirements conversations
