      Do work that matters

      The Decisioning Strategies COE is responsible for driving the design and build of Decisioning engines across the group.

      Be a team member in the COE in providing flexibility to meet the needs of decisioning projects, offering services from the bottom (infrastructure/ software) to the top (business facing/ POC/ solutioning) or individual expertise (design/ built/ test/ run).

      You’ll be joining our Decisioning COE who are responsible for driving the design, governance and build of Decisioning engines for the Group. The COE is part of the Chief Data and Analytics Office that plays a key role in providing the group’s data, analytics and decisioning capabilities. CDAO’s extended focus has been on AI and how it can be used to enhance the banks offering to our customers.

      Tech skills

      We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team;

      • Experience in designing and developing Pega Decisioning applications.

      • Experience with process methodology, development methodologies (Agile, SDLC, and Iterative) strongly preferred.

      • Experience working with large volumes of data and data tools & queries

      • Certified System Architect (CSA) (Nice to have)
