- Work on debugging, developing and maintaining applications built on the Pega 8.x platform.
- Expert knowledge of SPLUNK search processing language (SPL)
- Write code in Python to develop and support utilities
- Test and debug the applications.
- Deploy applications on the servers.
- Coordination with the project manager to ensure that the business architecture meets the customer's needs.
- Monitor the performance of the applications and make necessary changes.
- Bringing company databases, legacy software, and online services together.
- Troubleshooting application problems, code errors, and bottlenecks;
- Performing system performance tests.
- Keeping the privacy of all system programs intact.
- Advanced understanding of Pega 8.x, preferably hold PEGA System Architect Certification
- Advanced SPLUNK SPL Skills to develop actionable insights into production logs
- Knowledge of Python, packages and modules to develop reusable utilities.
- Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of coding languages such as Javascript, Angular JS required.
- Understanding of web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and XML.
- Outstanding project management abilities.
- Capability to handle difficult software problems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Technical field, or equivalent work experience

Job Description:
This role is for an experienced Pega Developer with a deep understating of PEGA 8.x PRPC platform and PEGA CLM package and is responsible for providing L3 support, specifically debugging and maintaining production applications built on the Pega platform. As a Pega L3 support team member, you will be involved in all aspects of the software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, debugging and supporting production. This role also requires strong understanding of object-oriented programming, ability to develop SPLUNK dashboards, writing utilities in Python, experience with relational databases and web technologies.
