What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform system enhancements to improve department systems, processes, and applications
- Analyze user requests and determine scope, time estimates, and system impacts
- Provide technical support to production systems and address reported issues
- Serve as a technical resource for software development life cycle
- Provide 24/7 on-call support via rotations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Software application development and maintenance OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Software application development and maintenance
- Ability to work in EST/MST time zone
- Certified Senior System Architect certification
- 5+ years of experience in designing, building, and implementing Business Process Management (BPM) solutions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
