- Performs evaluations and re-evaluations according to standards and recommended techniques.
- Establishes, implements and adapts an individualized treatment plan of care (including appropriate goal setting, treatment activities and frequency).
- Discharges patients when maximum benefit has been achieved and/or according to standards of practice and payer guidelines
- Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology, following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department/hospital policies and procedures

- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
- Active State of Florida Physical Therapy License or Temporary Florida permit as Physical Therapist
- Active BLS Certification

Shift : Monday-Friday (4) 9hr shifts, (1) 4hr shift
The community you’ll be caring for: Pelvic Physical Therapy Patients

The role you’ll contribute:
When you join our team of over 40 Outpatient Clinics across Central Florida, you will be part of a winning team of experts dedicated to whole-person care to help our patients heal, strengthen and renew. We serve patients Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Polk, Volusia, Flagler and Lake Counties with a dedicated Team of therapists, clinicians and staff willing to carry on AdventHealth’s mission in the communities we serve.
As a Resident in our Sports Med and Rehab clinics you will receive didactic and mentored learning experience, treating Pelvic patients in an outpatient setting. You will utilizes process improvement in achieving the goals of the Sports Med & Rehab Department. Adheres to the Hospital Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state, and federal agencies and accrediting bodies. You will be part of Team of professionally providing the right care, every patient, every time.
