  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Support proprietary software solutions used for over 300 clients
  - Architect and implement comprehensive automated testing frameworks using tools such as Selenium
  - Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to validate software functionality
  - Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with the team to resolve issues efficiently
  - Advocate for best practices in automated testing and identify areas for process improvement
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree
  - At least 5 years of experience working in software testing with a focus on automation
  - Experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks and writing test scripts
  - Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.) with solid coding skills
  - Proven analytical skills and time management abilities
