      Job Summary:

      The People & Culture Analyst, Performance & Compensation plays a key part in executing enterprise-wide compensation and performance programs within the Performance and Compensation Center of Excellence (COE). The Analyst will be responsible for managing daily operations for an assigned area or program, such as the Annual Performance Review process or Annual Employee Compensation Cycles, while also ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and/or policy obligations. The Analyst applies knowledge of cloud software to facilitate processes in Oracle HCM.

      Job Duties:

      • Contributes to the development and maintenance of firm compensation and performance management programs by providing analytical support and recommendations on program enhancements and supporting the firm’s pay-for-performance philosophy
      • Serves as a resource to leaders and Field People & Culture professionals
      • Administers the annual employee compensation cycle, including developing training materials, Oracle HCM go live planning and monitors process and data integrity throughout the cycle
      • Participates in market salary surveys by researching, collecting, and analyzing internal and external compensation data
      • Implements firm performance management processes including training materials, Oracle HCM go live planning, and periodic audits throughout the cycle
      • Maintains and designs competency framework and competency-related projects and requests
      • Supports job description review process and approves exemption status under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and appropriate EEO-1 classifications
      • Conducts audits of performance, goal, and compensation programs to ensure compliance with the firm’s policies, government regulation and best practices
      • Actively participates in Oracle HCM Cloud solution optimization projects, testing and cycle go live planning to ensure the system supports business processes and programs
      • Provides end-user system support by facilitating training sessions
      • Creates and maintains guides and training materials for end-user support and education
      • Continuously seeks opportunities to innovate and streamline current processes within the Performance and Compensation team
      • Other duties as required
      • Maintains confidential information and handles matters with discretion

      Supervisory Responsibilities:

      • Provides on-the-job training and coaching to peers

      Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

      Education:

      • Bachelor’s degree required, focus in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Finance, preferred

      Experience:

      • Three (3) or more years of Human Resources experience, required
      • Experience with data analysis/manipulation, required
      • Prior compensation experience, required
      • Experience managing and implementing organization wide projects or programs, required
      • Experience interpreting and applying employment regulations, such as the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), required
      • Experience evaluating markets and trends affecting pay practices, preferred
      • Prior experience in base pay design/administration including job evaluation, benchmarking, and market pricing, preferred
      • Experience with data analytical tools, specifically Power BI, preferred

      Software:

      • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, required
      • HRIS System experience, including report generation and system administration, required
      • Experience with Oracle HCM, preferred

      Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

      • Ability to create and analyze data efficiently and accurately by utilizing data analysis tools (e.g., Pivot Tables, etc.)
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a diverse audience while providing a high level of customer service
      • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a team
      • Ability to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
      • Capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients
