- Assist in designing and implementing employee engagement efforts while supporting the analysis of engagement data to identify trends and suggest areas for improvement.
- Assist in planning and executing employee events, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
- Assist in fostering partnerships with employee resource groups (ERGs) to ensure diverse voices are heard and celebrated.
- Contribute to content creation for internal communications related to engagement and culture.
- Assist in organizing onboarding experiences that emphasize company values, culture, and inclusivity.
- Conduct research on best practices in employee engagement, inclusion, and corporate culture.
- Help manage feedback and suggestions from employees regarding workplace culture and propose actionable solutions.

OVERVIEWAssist in various aspects of our employee engagement, inclusion, and culture programs, working closely with the HR team to help create and implement strategies that enhance employee experience, promote an inclusive work environment, and contribute to building a strong, positive company culture.

Education
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field required.
Experience
• No experience required.
• Previous experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
• Prior experience in HR, employee engagement, or diversity and inclusion is a plus but not required.
