- Leverage CoE expertise and collaborate with vendors and support functions to continuously optimize local P&O processes and secure the necessary interface to our global processes.
- Shape the manager and employee experience for site Zurich including mobility, relocations, expatriate assignments, and international transfers, to ensure seamless transitions for employees across borders in collaboration with our CoE, global and local vendors as well as internal stakeholders.
- Secure adherence to our global P&O standards including Health & Safety as well as the local labour relations requirements in collaboration with authorities.
- Have an in-depth understanding of the Swiss social security and pension system as well as personnel insurances, and international complexity thereof.
- Represent International Operations (IO) within Global Mobility and Global People Services workstreams (30%), ensuring IO's voice and perspectives are effectively represented and considered in global HR initiatives.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of Swiss labor law, regulations, and policies related to HR.
- Deep expertise in international social security, personnel insurance, mobility strategies, occupational health & safety, and wellbeing programs, with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing relevant initiatives.
- Proven track record in HR leadership roles, in a multinational company with matrix organization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders such as CoEs, vendors and support functions as well as senior management.

The position
We are seeking a P&O Operations Director to lead a high-performing P&O team of three experts, able to manage complex P&O operational tasks in an international setting . As the P&O Operations Director for our site, you will play a pivotal role in representing the local P&O function across various Zurich based units and seek the necessary alignment via the well-established P&O Circle.

About the department
The local P&O department consists of three colleagues, is well established with highly experienced colleagues working for our site in Zurich. It consists of a Sr. P&O Manager, a Sr. Payroll Manager and a P&O Officer. You will be lucky to become their leader.
