      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead end-to-end risk assessments for projects involving people data, ensuring accountability and collaboration with legal
      - Resolve issues identified during reviews in partnership with legal and compliance teams
      - Develop and manage communication plans to inform stakeholders of program status, issues, and risks
      - Anticipate potential bottlenecks and manage escalations to maintain HR compliance
      - Track key metrics and performance indicators to drive execution of program deliverables

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 10 years of experience in People and User Data Privacy
      - Expertise in risk management or compliance, preferably with internal audit experience within a tech company
      - Proven ability to conduct risk assessments for privacy, employment, security, and AI compliance
      - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with engineering and legal teams
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SQL is highly desirable

      - Experience working with engineering teams and strong collaboration skills
      - Exposure to AI technologies and problem-solving related to AI development and implementation
