Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for handling the position management and promotion processes for our people across the APAC region. You’ll have close collaboration and dialogue with numerous stakeholders across the entire organisation, along with your other colleagues in Business Services.

You’ll be part of Global People Services APAC where you, together with your colleagues, will support the activities of People Operations, transition activities across business units to ensure compliance with standardised processes, and support the People & Development team in delivering excellent people services. As a team, we’re collaborative, innovative, and supportive, with a work culture centred around collaboration, learning, and development.

You’ll play an important role in:

• assisting People Leaders in administrative task in the employee central, specifically with position management and promotion processes
• acting as guardian between People Leaders and HR Operations
• improving and maintaining the highest-level quality of Master Data accuracy
• developing effective communication with relevant stakeholders
• making recommendations for any possible process improvements
• responding to any HR-related questions via multi channels such as ServiceNow.

To succeed in the role, you:

• have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• are experienced in the HR Shared Services environment, with knowledge of SuccessFactors, Master Data, and SAP HR Module
• can work effectively in an environment subject to changing priorities and short deadlines
• have strong problem-solving, resolution, and decision-making skills
• are proficient in English, both written and spoken
• possess excellent communication and customer service skills
