Job Description
- Req#: 27559
- assisting People Leaders in administrative task in the employee central, specifically with position management and promotion processes
- acting as guardian between People Leaders and HR Operations
- improving and maintaining the highest-level quality of Master Data accuracy
- developing effective communication with relevant stakeholders
- making recommendations for any possible process improvements
- responding to any HR-related questions via multi channels such as ServiceNow.
- have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- are experienced in the HR Shared Services environment, with knowledge of SuccessFactors, Master Data, and SAP HR Module
- can work effectively in an environment subject to changing priorities and short deadlines
- have strong problem-solving, resolution, and decision-making skills
- are proficient in English, both written and spoken
- possess excellent communication and customer service skills

You’ll have close collaboration and dialogue with numerous stakeholders across the entire organisation, along with your other colleagues in Business Services.
