      We have an exciting opportunity for a HR/People Experience Advisor to join our team in our Crediton Plant and support our Manufacturing function.

      The successful candidate will have the great opportunity to partner and interact with colleagues and people managers in our fantastic Crediton factory. You will also partner closely with HR/People Team and managers in activating and implementing the People agenda.

      How you will contribute

      • As a key member of the People Team, you will act as a champion for our people processes.
      • You will use data and insights to drive continuous improvement.
      • You will support various people activities including onboarding/ induction, absence management, investigations and disciplinary processes.
      • Coach our people in using our new technology and HR systems.
      • Build relations to your colleagues at all levels to ease the understanding of our self-service processes
      • Drive business initiatives such as our learning activation called “Growing Here Week” and our Engagement Survey
      • Responsible for HR administration and HR system transactions
      • Responsible to lead recruitment campaigns, salary updates, keep company policies up to date and support DE&I plans locally.
      • You will be a point of contact for HR questions from employees and managers and will promote and support employee and managers in our Self Service model. This will involve coaching employees and managers to complete transactions in workday.

      Candidate requirements

      • Excellent Communication skills.
      • Experience in HR Roles with Foundational Employee Relations Experience
      • Proactivity and curiosity.
      • A drive to challenge status quo and ways of working.
      • A team player who thrives when working together with colleagues to identify opportunities and to continuously improve.
      • Located in Crediton, UK.
