Job Description

- Contribute to creating digital strategy and roadmaps with process owners and IT, eq. leveraging AI in the People area.
- Lead information security efforts: participate in forums, stay updated on requirements, and upskill the PX community.
- Capture needs and manage expectations of business stakeholders and the broader People Experience community
- Collaborate on people analytics and reporting, providing data insights for decision-making.
- Lead and coordinate projects with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure user-centered design and continuous business value in people solutions.
- Relevant university degree
- Solid experience with technology processes and data, preferably in PX/HR.
- Project management experience in digital projects/solutions, preferably in PX/HR.
- Experience working in a large company and used to facilitate, present, and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical terms, and bring business and technology together.
- A strong interest and curiosity in digital trends and solutions, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.

People (HR) digitalization expert
You will be part of the People Digital Solution team within SKF Group PX (People Experience). Our responsibility is to deliver meaningful digital employee experiences and accelerate the digital way of working through relevant digital solutions, automation, and high-quality data. We work to enable data-driven decisions and improve efficiency for our employees, managers, and People Experience professionals. Our small, diverse team collaborates globally with colleagues in Europe, the Americas, and Asia.
You will play a vital role in driving digitalization in the people area, understanding end-user and business needs, and leveraging data to transform our company and improve the employee experience.

The location is at one of SKFs major sites, hired on a local contract. You will report to the Head of People Digital Solutions which is located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
