      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as an HR consultant to colleagues and managers, addressing queries related to HR policies and processes
      - Conduct independent investigations and resolve issues following appropriate protocols
      - Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management and HR policies
      - Contribute feedback on HR program effectiveness and participate in ongoing projects
      - Act as an HR Subject Matter Expert, representing employee relations operations on global project teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of experience conducting workplace investigations
      - 3+ years of experience coaching employees and managers on HR policy and processes
      - Knowledge of employee relations standard processes and employment laws
      - Strong listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
      - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

      - Experience in HR process improvement projects
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
      - Highly motivated and self-directed with the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks
