- Scoping and delivering activity to build upon existing workstreams and make further enhancements in the diversity, equity & inclusion space,
- Working with our People Partners to deliver initiatives to improve employee engagement and amplify employee voice across site,
- Embedding our company Purpose - ‘Live the Exceptional with Soul’, introducing impactful solutions to ensure it is meaningful and resonates with all teams,
- Collaborating with People Partners and central People Teams to deliver our wellbeing programme,
- Operationalising our Solihull transformation activity, working with a variety of stakeholders to deliver new projects into plant, encompassing, for example recognition, digital and belonging activities,
- Supporting our People Partner team with key employee lifecycle actions & projects, e.g. resourcing and training workstreams, employee relations projects and complex query resolution.
- Brilliant relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- High levels of communication, both written and verbal, adaptable to a variety of audiences
- Ability to prioritise and juggle multiple deliverables
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Previous experience working in a People / HR role
- Demonstrable experience of our Creators’ Code behaviours – Customer Love, Unity, Integrity, Impact and Growth

WHAT TO EXPECT
We are looking for a dynamic, solutions-focussed People Consultant to join the People Team here at our Solihull manufacturing plant. In this role you will be leading the day to day delivery of a number of key people projects in support of our People Strategy and plant transformation programme. Alongside working with our local People Team, this role will involve collaborating with stakeholders from manufacturing operations & our trade union as well as working closely with our wider People Chapter colleagues.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is focussed on making the employee experience at our Solihull plant the best it can be – enabling colleagues to truly Live the Exceptional with Soul.
