      We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a People Operations Coordinator. You will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and People Experience, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer service orientation.

      Responsibilities

      Employee Experience

      • Work with the People team to deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone at Deputy.

      • Provides support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and considers how we innovate and advance our People Operations backbone.

      HR Administration

      • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests and maintaining personnel records.

      • This role will be in a global team, spanning Australia, US, UK and India, specifically the delivery of new hire orientation and onboarding sessions in Australia

      • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence in Rippling, and performance reviews in Lattice.

      • Manage employee data in Rippling our HRIS (Human Resources Information System) while ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Ensure employee experience processes are met - eg referral payments, sign-on bonuses, etc.

      Systems, Automation & Reporting

      • Ensure rigorous QA processes are implemented and followed for all data entry tasks.

      • Develop automation of HR processes in Rippling to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.

      • Ownership of the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.

      • Ensure the People Ops playbook is kept up to date with documented processes and links.

      • Lattice administration including Surveys, RAD Review Cycles, Impact Conversations via “Updates”.

      • Report on people initiatives as required, including Surveys, RAD Review Cycles, Impact Conversations.

      Employee Relations

      • Zendesk triage, ensuring a 24 hour response time across tickets.

      • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.

      • Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions, and performance management processes.

      Qualifications and Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.

      • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.

      • Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.

      • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

      • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms is preferred

      Note: This role will be working remotely and on a fixed term contract
