- Perform accurate and timely manual data entry across multiple internal HR systems
- Organize and maintain confidential employee files and records (I9 verifications, onboarding, etc.)
- Support the People & Culture team with day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation
- Assist with data validation and auditing to ensure completeness and accuracyHelp streamline internal people data entry workflows and suggest improvements where possible
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Strong written and verbal communication, able to communicate effectively. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite (especially Sheets/Excel).

We are looking for a People Operations Intern who will be responsible for supporting the People & Culture team with day to day administrative work and data entry. You will be an integral part of the People team, working in partnership with a variety of team members to provide support and help streamlining our processes. Reporting to our Manager, Global Mobility you will be a strong partner across our entire People Operations team.
