What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and optimize the entire employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, development, and retention
- Create scalable systems for hiring, performance management, and growth tracking
- Translate high-growth startup challenges into organized, repeatable workflows
- Partner with leadership to define hiring, promotion, and development processes that align with the company's mission and values
- Drive operational clarity through workforce planning, compensation visibility, and organizational design
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4–8 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Business Operations, preferably in a fast-scaling startup
- Proven ability to design and implement effective policies and processes
- Strong communication skills with a balance of empathy and accountability
- A systems thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with healthcare, behavioral health, or multi-site service operations is a bonus
