- Lead, develop and secure efficient, high-quality deliveries of the Norway People Operations team.
- Development and implement People related policies and processes in line with relevant legislation and corporate direction.
- Ensure high quality attraction, retention, and employee journeys.
- Manage employee and industrial relations including negotiations.
- Leadership development, coaching and support.
- Ensure a high-quality well-being program and processes including Occupational Health Service and WEA committee.
- Secure efficient payroll management, master data management
- Ensure high-quality, efficient, and timely local HR services and systems.

About the role
You will be part of our great People and organization function and lead the Norway People Operations team from our headquarters in Stavanger. At the headquarters you will be at the heart of what we do, supporting over 500 employees working together on every aspect of development from first concepts through to final production of our most advanced simulators.You will work in multinational working environment with more than 50 different nationalities in Norway alone and work closely with our People colleagues globally.

Key Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with relevant higher education and extensive experience from:
Proficiency in Norwegian and English language is a requirement.
