  PEOPLE TEAM

  At Jampp, our People Team is committed to providing top-tier support and delivering memorable experiences to Jamppers around the world. As a People Ops & Experience Analyst, you’ll play a key role in making that happen — owning operational processes across the full employee lifecycle, organizing events, and supporting day-to-day People operations. You’ll join a small and agile team, helping bring structure, efficiency, and care to everything we do.

  This role is for someone who thrives in execution, is organized and resourceful, and finds energy in making things run smoothly for others.

  This role is to work on a hybrid modality, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

  WHAT YOU’LL DO
  

  • Lead the execution of Cultural events: both local (in our Buenos Aires office) and global virtual events.
  • Ensure a smooth pre-onboarding and onboarding experience for new hires across all countries where Jampp operates (AR, BR, US, UK, ES, among others), including legal documentation, welcome emails, hardware logistics, and welcome kits.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle of our Talent: From pre-onboarding to, 1-year check-ins, appraisal letters, offboarding support, and more.
  • Periodic check-ins with company Leaders.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of People processes and workflows.
  • Support the Head of People on Talent Management processes such as Performance evaluations, potential calibrations, talent development plans, and leadership development programs.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our different Benefits programs globally.
  • Organize and manage our Team Offsites: travel coordination, bookings, meals, and vendor management.
  • Manage office-related logistics and coworking spaces across locations.
  • Take ownership of Jampp’s swag (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.), ensuring timely availability.
  • Keep internal records and systems up to date, maintaining HRIS accuracy and data hygiene.

  WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or similar roles.
  • A strong service mindset, problem-solving ability, and a proactive attitude.
  • High sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Operational agility: the ability to prioritize, execute, and resolve daily tasks with excellence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, with a clear development path toward a People Generalist or People Partner role.
  • Bonus: Experience working in a distributed or global company.
