The People Planning Operations (PPO) team supports and drives execution of the workforce management strategies and operations for Apple Retail stores globally. Our team collaborates with partners across Apple to execute Retail programs, enabling teams and customers to receive a world class experience!Key QualificationsDescriptionWe are looking for an Operations Analyst to build consistent and fair schedules for multiple stores that positively impact our employees and customers! You will work alongside a team of Process Analysts to build effective schedules, through consistent and dynamic resource planning. You will be responsible to navigate the complexities of multiple stores and across multiple countries where necessary. Role and responsibilities: Build consistent, fair, and flexible schedules to support the employee and customer experience Partner with the Process Analyst to align on scheduled hours allocation, traffic analysis, and store goals to drive and deliver a high-quality schedule Complete adjustments to current published schedules to support shift swaps and real time changes Partner with Process Analyst to advise on how current payroll, local payroll laws, time away, availability, and hiring trends impact scheduling performance and identify solutions Drive timely, accurate, and consistent resource planning strategies across several locations Maintain subject matter expertise of the current scheduling system Attend and participate in Global Retail Support (GRS) communications regarding system enhancements, scheduling updates and training Accountable to compliance of scheduling rules, store policies and procedures across multiple locations and countries where applicableEducation & ExperienceAdditional RequirementsAbout the company
