      What you bring

      • 2 years of relevant administrative experience in a professional environment

      • Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

      • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task while staying organized

      • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

      • Proven ability to meet deadlines, drive efficient and effective processes, listen, and collaborate

      Bonus skills and experience

      • Working towards or have completed a degree and/or diploma in Human Resources Management

      What success looks like

      • Provide exceptional customer service to our internal teams across North America

      • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR programs and services by gaining a deep understanding of employee eligibility documentation, running audits, and ensuring all dates for permit status and expiration are captured, monitored, and reported

      • Processing all People Services invoices and expense management

      • Create internal amendment and verification of employment letters

      • Maintain employee handbook/policies by gathering input from our extended People Services team

      Approximate Salary Range for Role: $48,112 to $80,352

      Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
