What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous experience in a medical office setting
- Certification in healthcare customer service
- Knowledge of medical terminology
