Job Responsibilities:
- Perform tests on new and existing applications, products, and enhancements throughout their development.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance measures and testing standards for new applications and products.
- Conduct internal audits to measure adherence to established QA standards and documentation.
- Communicate test progress, results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management.
- Assist in the development of change control processes and guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 7 years of experience in leading the design, development, and execution of quality assurance artifacts.
- 2 years of direct experience as a lead tester for major application integration and releases.
- 3 years of direct experience testing PeopleSoft applications.
- Extensive knowledge of testing in complex, integrated application environments.
Skills/Abilities:
- Proven experience testing PeopleSoft HCM applications.
- Skilled in creating and communicating test design and strategy.
- Ability to define and drive quality assurance best practices and standards.
- Understanding of agile testing practices and concepts.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
