Beztak is looking to hire a Groundskeeper - Per Diem to join our Grounds Maintenance Team. This position is responsible for the physical condition of the property and grounds. The right person will have a proactive attitude and takes pride in their accomplishments. Being a motivated self-starter and having a strong attention to detail are essential in order to display a commitment to excellence that interprets the Beztak vision and brand.As a per diem employee, this position has the opportunity to work on an as needed basis by picking up open shifts. Per diem employees make their own schedule! Work will be offered at a variety of communities within the Madison Heights, Ann Arbor, Farmington and Detroit areas based on business needs. Per diem employees are required to work at least one 8 hour shift every four weeks and to not exceed 29 hours per work week.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:PERSONAL QUALITIES:QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:PHYSICAL DEMANDSRegularly reach overhead; be able to work in various positions, including stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time; be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks; and be able to frequently lift 50 poundsWhy Beztak?Beztak Properties, a national Real Estate Development and Property Management company, wants you to join our family of talented individuals.
