      Schedule : Per Diem-Flexible hours | Shifts Vary

      Per Diem Agreement: Work an average of five (5) shifts per calendar month. Shifts can be either 4-hour shifts or 8-hour shifts. Two (2) shifts per month must be weekend shift. Regularly covering weekend shifts is expected. Scheduled shifts will be based on needs of the department.

      What You’ll Do in This Role:

      Are you looking for a fulfilling role where you can bring smiles, lend a helping hand, and be a bright spot in someone’s day? If so, we’d love to have you on board as a Hospitality Aide! This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a caring, supportive team while making a meaningful impact on our residents' lives.

      Primary Responsibilities:

      Help residents get where they need to go—whether it's activities, meals, or visits with friends
      Be a friendly face! Offer companionship and 1:1 sitting services
      Keep rooms cozy and stocked with fresh linens, towels, and supplies
      Deliver and pick up meal trays—because good food makes for happy residents!
      Assist with keeping things tidy, from making beds to taking out the trash
      Help label clothing and organize supplies to keep everything running smoothly
      Maintain and clean equipment (like wheelchairs and vitals machines) to keep things in top shape
      Work alongside our healthcare team to create a warm and welcoming environment

      What You’ll Need:

      A big heart and a passion for helping others!
      A positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills
      The ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
      Previous healthcare experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you!
      Physical ability to lift, stand, bend, and move around as needed
