What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop Life Care Plans, Medical Cost Projections, Limited Medical Cost Projections, Medicare Set-Aside Allocations, Legal Nurse Reviews, Complex Nurse Reviews, Bill Reviews, and other reports as needed
- Collect, review, and analyze health data from medical records and other sources
- Identify future medical needs using medical standards of care and guidelines
- Collaborate with company personnel, accounts, and attorneys as needed
- Maintain a quality work product and adhere to all codes of ethics and regulatory requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active unrestricted Registered Nursing license
- Minimum certification in Medicare Set Asides
- Minimum of two years workers' compensation and/or case management experience
- Minimum of one year experience in Medicare Set Asides
- Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree in health-related field preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications in Life Care Planning or Legal Nurse Consulting
