      Schedule: Per Diem | No scheduling mandation

      • Work an average of three (3) shifts per calendar month.
      • Regular weekend coverage is expected.
      • Must be available to work a minimum of two (2) holidays per year.

      Pay Range: Pay range: $38.79 - $46.08/hr. (this rate is inclusive of the $3.40/hr. Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through approved rate; current approval through September 30, 2025)

      Shift Differentials, Holiday, and Weekend Differentials: Beginning 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm, $1:90 | Beginning 10:31 pm -7 am, $1.35 | Weekend Fri, 10:31 pm – Sun 11:00 pm, $1.00.

      What You’ll Do in This Role:

      • At Kresge, our staff provides a unique and personal experience to each of our residents, while focusing on quality, treatment and comfort.

      Primary Responsibilities:

      • Provide direct and indirect nursing care to assigned patients.
      • Work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing or designee while independently applying advanced nursing knowledge and skills.
      • Manage complex clinical situations and ensure high-quality patient care.

      What You ll Need:

      • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
      • Active State of Michigan RN License.
      • CPR certification required or willing to obtain upon hire.
      • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with the frail and elderly.
      • Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to a minimum of 50 lbs.
      • Tasks involving more than 50 lbs. require assistance or assistive equipment for safe performance.
