We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Performance Analyst, Fixed Income to join our Front Office Service team. This role is in London, United Kingdom and the role is hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Producing performance measurement data - primarily for Fixed Income, LDI and Multi Strategies funds - to agreed timescales and standards using B-One and Aladdin Explore systems
• Liaising with internal teams and/or third parties to deal with data issues to ensure the accurate performance data is produced by the systems
• Providing effective performance attribution and analytical support on a cyclical and ad hoc basis for assigned areas of responsibility
• Converting investment strategy to generate an analytical output giving portfolio managers meaningful and useful data and insight
• Implementing changes and improvements to processes and procedures to respond to / anticipate the rapidly evolving investment environment
• Supporting projects as required
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with the offshore team and external stakeholders

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Ideally degree educated, or with equivalent skills and experience
• Basic/Intermediate knowledge of both the theory and practice of performance measurement, fixed income analytics and ex-post risk
• Passionate about delivering performance insight, attention to detail and quality in every aspect
• Good quantitative skills and intermediate level of Microsoft Excel (ideally basic VBA knowledge)
• Working experience of an Operations environment with a focus on data and reporting
