      Your Impact

      • To work in line with, and deliver against, the Performance Analysis and Insights Strategy and to manage the day-to-day delivery of analysis support for U18.
      • Responsible for the analysis of player development through training and match performance to support individual learning plans (ILP), transitions and player pathways.
      • Create and maintain individual player databases and ILP action trackers to monitor player support and development
      • Create statistical insights relating to technical and tactical markers to support player ILPs and underpin player reviews
      • Design, plan and deliver analysis reports, case studies and presentations to facilitate game plan, in-game and game reviews at team, unit and individual level
      • Work effectively within an interdisciplinary team and successfully contribute to the wider analysis team, providing cover to other areas in times of pressure
      • Design age and learning style appropriate educational content in accordance with the coaching curriculum and club football methodology
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to evolve data driven methodologies and support on the education of stakeholders in adopting data insights to inform practice and decision making
      • Contribute to the development and management of best practice video libraries to support Academy projects and initiatives

      What we are looking for

      Essential

      • Excellent and demonstrable, understanding of football tactics, data management and insights reporting.
      • Undergraduate degree in Performance Analysis, Sports-Science and/or coaching.
      • Experienced at delivering analysis support within youth/ professional level football
      • Desire to specialise in player development
      • Experience of working and collaborating effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
      • Excellent communicator
      • Proactive and driven to succeed
      • Highly competent in deriving insights from data and video and providing interactive and engaging feedback
      • ISPAS Applied Level 3 Accredited in Performance Analysis

      Desirable

      • Experience of working in an elite youth development environment
      • Post-graduate degree in Performance analysis, Sports-Science and/or coaching.
      • Competent in designing dashboards in Tableau
      • Use and appreciation of psychological profiling and learning styles.
