Job Description

- Ensure that the organization's Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO 9001, and regulatory/legal requirements
- Ensure evaluation of, and reporting of vendor quality systems
- Oversee inspection of incoming materials and outgoing materials ensuring that they meet requirements
- Manage the monitoring, measurement, review and training of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the products
- Responsible for internal audit system, customer complaints and response systems, etc.
- Report to management on performance of QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including need for improvement
- Conduct periodic management review meetings
- Responsible for accuracy and timely inspection/calibration of monitoring and measuring devices
- Daily process support and control, process improvement, continuous improvement projects
- RFQ's
- Other job duties as assigned
- BS degree in engineering, chemistry, or related manufacturing with a minimum of seven years related experience.
- 10 years of overall process engineering/quality engineering
- 5 years of supervisory experience
- Quality Engineering, Management

- Project management experience is a plus.
- Ability to bridge new product development and manufacturing
- Demonstrated experience in performing a leadership role in a manufacturing facility
- Experience working in industrial, refinery or materials is preferred
- Manufacturing Engineering Experience/Engineering Support

- This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)
- Individual must be a: Citizen of the United States, or Permanent resident alien of the United States, or Protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) as defined by 22CFR120.15
- Responsible for creating, transmitting, storing, and destroying Controlled Unclassified Information/Technology per government regulation and company procedures
- Must adhere to the Morgan Technology Transfer Control Plan, government regulations, and company procedures
- Assist Export Compliance Manager in classifying new products, materials and processes
- Must not export controlled technology to a foreign national without approval from the Export Compliance Manager
- Having access to CUI (controlled unclassified information)
