      Responsibilities

      Facilitate with the development and definition of ideas that will improve the organization.

      • Evaluate departments and services in an effort to define best practices and encourage positive and progressive change.
      • Remain current on healthcare trends and advances.
      • Define financial, operational, and clinical data necessary for evaluating change initiatives.
      • Identify steps, tools, and training necessary to implement a process or structural change.
      • Oversee functioning of assigned projects/project teams and for collaborating with executive leadership to access necessary resources.
      • Manage resources, process and quality assurance of projects within scope of responsibility.
      • Develop and update the ongoing management plan.
      • Monitor and ensure that detailed project plans, reporting mechanisms, issue resolution processes, and communications are timely and meet quality guidelines.

      Requirements

      Licensure / Certification / Registration:

      • Certification specializing in Lean Healthcare Mgmt preferred.. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed
      • Project Mgmt Professional preferred. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed
      • Registered Nurse preferred. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed

      Education:

      • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
        degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

      Additional Preferences

      • Healthcare quality professional experience preferred.
      • Lean Six Sigma or equivalent or certification in performance improvement.
