      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain integrity of Revenue Cycle Management analytics and standardized reporting
      - Provide first-line support to Revenue Cycle Operations for analysis and reporting needs
      - Design, test, and activate new analytics within Revenue Cycle Management
      - Develop core visuals for key performance indicators and operational trends
      - Evaluate interactions with the EHR system to identify data trends and improvement opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor of Science in Statistics, Finance, Data Science, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum 6 years)
      - 3 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, financial management, or coding
      - 3 years of experience working with Revenue Cycle data
      - 2 years of experience in data analysis with EPIC-specific analysis tools
      - Proven proficiency and/or certification in EPIC Resolute, Cogito, Clarity, and Caboodle

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree in Statistics, Finance, Data Science, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related area
      - 1 year of experience developing Microsoft Power BI dashboards and visuals
      - Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Advanced PC skills in Excel, Word, Access, and EPIC
      - Experience leading workgroups and presenting to leadership
