What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain the integrity of Revenue Cycle Management analytics and standardized reporting.
- Provide first-line support to Revenue Cycle Operations for analysis, reporting, and metric development.
- Develop core visuals for assigned departments focusing on key performance indicators and operational trends.
- Coordinate new dashboard and reporting requests with the IT analytics team.
- Evaluate interactions with the EHR system to identify data trends and improvement opportunities.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science in Statistics, Finance, Data Science, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum 6 years).
- 3 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, financial management, or coding.
- 3 years of experience working with Revenue Cycle data.
- 2 years of experience in data analysis using EPIC specific analysis tools.
- 2 years of experience with reporting tools.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Finance, Data Science, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related area.
- 1 year of experience developing Microsoft Power BI dashboards and visuals.
- Advanced PC skills in Excel, Word, Access, and EPIC.
- Experience leading workgroups and presenting to leaders.
