What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain the integrity of Revenue Cycle Management analytics and standardized reporting
- Provide first-line support to Revenue Cycle Operations for analysis and metric development
- Develop core visuals for assigned RCM departments focusing on key performance indicators and operational trends
- Coordinate new dashboard and reporting requests with the IT analytics team as needed
- Evaluate data trends from the EHR system to identify opportunities for Revenue Cycle improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science in Statistics, Finance, Data Science, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum 6 years)
- 3 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, financial management, or coding
- 3 years of experience working with Revenue Cycle data
- 2 years of experience in data analysis with EPIC-specific analysis tools
- Proven proficiency and/or certification in EPIC Resolute, Cogito, Clarity, and Caboodle
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Finance, Data Science, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related area
- 1 year of experience developing Microsoft Power BI dashboards and visuals
- Demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and EPIC
- Experience leading workgroups and presenting to leadership
