Run point on performance media: Manage and optimize paid channels: paid search, paid social, display, and more to drive qualified leads.
Be the data detective: Identify trends, analyze performance, and adjust strategy in real-time to maximize ROI.
Fuel growth: Collaborate on and implement growth marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
Make it shine: Work with our creative team to develop eye-catching ads, compelling copy, and high-converting landing pages.
Harness the power of AI: Explore and implement AI-based marketing tools to streamline processes and boost performance.
Think outside the box: Leverage full-funnel growth marketing strategies to generate demand, improve efficiency and organic reach.
Bring the insights: Build and deliver reports that translate complex data into meaningful action items.
Stay ahead of the curve: Keep up with the latest marketing trends, ad platforms, and tools—because great marketing never stands still.
Hands on experience—This is not your first rodeo. You have 3-7 years of experience managing performance-based marketing campaigns (PPC, paid social, display, programmatic, CTV) with a track record of success.
Strong analytical skills—you know your way around Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau, or similar tools.
Excellent communicator—you can clearly articulate your ideas, strategies, insights, and results.
Highly organized—you juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines like a pro.
You’re a growth marketer at heart—You’re eager to grow with an insatiable curiosity to learn, adapt, and experiment.
Right & left brain balance—You’d consider yourself a creative thinker and problem solver. It might even be your superpower!
A self starter—You are confident working remotely and travel periodically for team meet-ups.
Experience in the hospitality, events, real estate, or travel industry.
Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo, Adobe, etc.
Relevant certifications in paid media, marketing automation or analytics
Ability to work with SQL, APIs, and Javascript.

As is typical in the hospitality industry, this position requires regular availability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, as well as shifts of more than 8 hours and workweeks of more than 40 hours.
