      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement new indicators and methods for detecting performance issues
      - Conduct root cause analysis in collaboration with Engineering and Operations teams
      - Create interactive business intelligence reports to support monitoring efforts
      - Manage and track the resolution of detected issues
      - Ensure quality control of performance datasets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of work experience in renewable energy or related field
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software
      - Experience with SQL, Python, or R preferred
      - Experience with big data analytics and cloud computing (Power BI, Tableau, Azure)
      - Competency in Analytical Problem Solving, Strong Communication, Customer/Partner Relationships, and Technology Expertise

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with technical analysis and root cause analysis
      - Knowledge of network-based enterprise-reporting
      - Familiarity with the renewable energy industry
      - Strong statistical and analytical skills
