      Position

      This role is part of the Investment Reporting team, collaborating with the Head of Investment Reporting and the Performance Reporting team. The Performance Reporting Analyst will handle core platform and field support. They will be the main contact for training, inquiries, and escalations, acting as the intermediary between advisors and performance vendors. This position is crucial for maintaining the accuracy of performance data, calculations, and reporting. The Performance Reporting Analyst will help design and implement efficient workflows, process improvements, and platform enhancements.

      Responsibilities

      • Track, manage and resolve field inquiries and including support quality reviews and follow-ups on non-responsive incidents
      • Develop and maintain support metrics to analyze incident trends, measure vendor responsiveness and identify opportunities for workflow improvement
      • Serve as the liaison between internal stakeholder and vendor support to resolve data discrepancies and ensure smooth operations
      • Educate private advisors and their teams on performance systems, calculations and concepts
      • Oversee the entire investment performance data cycle, from collection to quality review to report generation
      • Investigate performance outliers and specifically assist in reconciliation of alternative investment performance
      • Create and maintain process documentation for operational workflows, ensuring continuous improvement
      • Assist with ad hoc project related to process and platform improvements, and change initiatives

      Qualifications

      • BA/BS degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounts, Economics, Statistics or related field; non-finance majors with relevant experience are welcome to apply
      • Prior client service experience within financial industry, or equivalent experience, preferred
      • 3+ years’ experience in managing financial accounts, reconciliation and performance reporting cycles
      • Strong proficiency in Tamarac preferred
      • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams

      Skills

      • Familiarity with performance measurement, client reporting, asset schema, benchmarks, and market data
      • General knowledge of investments and / or portfolio reporting and related terminology
      • Strong mathematical skills
      • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
      • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in reconciliation and reporting
      • Strong organizational skills, effectively manages multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities
      • Strong interpersonal skills, clearly communicates with internal and external teams
      • Manages data efficiently, ensuring all metrics and reports are accurate
      • Ability to assess complex data and operational processes to identify trends and insights
