      Key Responsibilities
      Lead the end to end performance testing lifecycle planning, scripting, execution, and reporting.
      Define and implement performance testing strategy, methodology, and KPIs.
      Collaborate with stakeholders to understand non functional requirements (NFRs).
      Design realistic load models and simulate various usage scenarios.
      Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks in the application stack.
      Recommend tuning improvements for applications, databases, and infrastructure.
      Mentor and guide junior performance testers and contribute to performance engineering maturity.
      Ensure integration of performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
      Prepare and deliver detailed test reports, dashboards, and presentations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

      Required Qualifications
      8 to12 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
      Hands-on expertise with tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, k6, or similar.
      Strong skills in test result analysis, monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic, Grafana), and infrastructure performance tuning.
      Experience testing web applications, APIs (REST/SOAP), microservices, and cloud-native platforms.
      Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of performance tests into tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
      Solid understanding of networking, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
      Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Bash) and version control (Git).
