- Minimum 5 years of performance testing experience
- Expertise in Performance Testing tools using JMeter.
- Must understand Non-Functional requirements and how to write performance test cases accordingly.
- Experience analysing business scenarios for performance testing.
- Defining approach and methodology for performance testing.
- Designing test scripts, and documenting process flows & test cases.
- Ability to analyse the CPU Utilisation, Memory usage, Network usage, Garbage Collection, DB Parameters and DB Reports to verify the performance.
- Identify application performance bottlenecks, and where they occur.
- Participate in performance engineering and performance improvement activities.
- Proven experience working on large agile projects.
- Proficiency with Java/C# programming languages (desirable).

YOUR ROLE
As a Performance Test Engineer, your role encompasses planning performance testing strategies and plans tailored to project requirements, system architecture, and non-functional specifications. You'll also oversee the creation of test data and the ongoing development of performance test scripts. Additionally, you'll organise and execute performance tests to validate system components, monitor their behaviour, and collect relevant performance metrics.
Furthermore, you'll play a key role in maintaining and expanding the platform's performance test framework and associated assets to ensure continued effectiveness.
This full-time permanent role is open for the Sydney or Melbourne location.
