      Job Description

      We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Trader—someone who can capture the hearts of clients, inspire teammates, and adeptly manage multiple pieces of business. This presents a unique opportunity for individuals aspiring to build a career in performance marketing and actively contribute to the success of some of the largest brands in the Philippines and globally. In this role, you can truly make a difference in both our clients' business and our own.

      Job Description:

      • Drive operational excellence through ownership of the entire campaign lifecycle to meet clients’ media goals and objectives. This includes campaign set-up, QA, monitoring, optimization, analysis, and reporting.

      • Ensure that digital campaign performance and spending are on track to deliver the set KPIs.

      • Analyze campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis; develop deep performance insights and optimization recommendations.

      • Work closely with finance and agency teams to ensure campaigns are billed on time. • Build productive working relationships with agency and technology partners to ensure a timely launch and correct campaign implementation, and addressing any questions or issues that may arise.

      Qualifications

      Skills & Experience required:

      • Minimum of 1-2 years of industry experience specifically within the Facebook and Google/GMP tech stack. Experience in an Agency as Ad Operations Specialist/Campaign Manager/Digital Manager preferred. Fresh graduates of Marketing and Advertising courses are welcome to apply.

      • Highly detailed with a passion for well-executed deliverables.

      • Ability to build strong relations with colleagues, clients, network partners and external agencies.

      • Can demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

      • Self-starter and can work with minimal supervision
