      Position

      In order to strengthen our Domestic Regional Marketing Team unit based in Neuchâtel, we are recruiting a talented:

      PERFUME MARKETING ASSOCIATE MANAGER

      EUROPE & AFRICA

      As the Perfume Marketing Associate Manager for Distributors, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating marketing strategies aimed at driving sales and brand awareness within the distributor network. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including distributors, sales teams, and central HQ, to ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives. The role requires availability for business travels 10/15% (mainly international).

      Accountabilities

      As a Perfume Marketing Associate Manager you will have different responsibilities such as :

      • Strategic Planning: Drive comprehensive sales marketing plans with distributors, taking into account overall brand objectives and distributor requirements.
      • Promotional Campaigns: Drive and follow promotional campaigns, including in-store events, product launches with 360 approach (social media, PR, outdoor…), to increase brand visibility and sales in line with the corporate guidelines.
      • Visual merchandising: Create compelling marketing guidelines, including visual merchandising, planograms, scenography and digital assets, to support distributors and enhance brand presence in retail environments.
      • New corner : drive and follow new Bulgari corners installation.
      • Collaboration: Work closely with distributors to understand their needs, provide marketing support, and develop tailored programs to drive sell-through.
      • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, tracking expenses and evaluating ROI for various marketing initiatives.
      • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse the performance of trade marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement to HQ.
      • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, E-commerce and central trade marketing to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing strategies.


      Profile

      Holding a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, you have at least 4 or 5 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the fragrance or beauty industry. You have a proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing strategies.

      Thanks to your strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends, you drive decision-making. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Creative thinking with a strategic mindset and a passion for fragrance are a must. You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office & PowerPoint is essential. Finally, you are fluent in English and French.
