Job summary
The Theatre Department in Prince Charles Hospital is looking for a Theatre Practitioner to join their busy team. The successful applicant must have an in depth knowledge of the health service with first level Nursing registration or the Operating Department Practitioner qualification.The applicant must demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The successful applicant must be dynamic and pro-active, and be flexible to changing work demands. The successful applicant will join a supportive team who are passionate about department and the quality of care they deliver.
Main duties of the job
To act as a scrub practitioner/circulating practitioner for the whole range of surgical specialties.
