- Prepare, submit, and obtain permits and requests for the utilities team, client, and projects
- Maintain project documentation and track permit submittals and approvals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in construction management, engineering, landscape architecture, environmental, or related field
- Familiarity with ComEd's Real Estate, LX, and Environmental Standard Practices is ideal
- Understanding of the construction permitting process
- Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management/tracking software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to review exhibits for presentation and accuracy
- Familiarity with ComEd systems and practices
- Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to meet demanding deadlines and handle complex projects
