Job Description

- Contribute and deliver a full suite of administrative duties to support the Head of UK Policy and Public Affairs and Head of UK Communications
- Diary management, planning and coordination of internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate UK and internal business travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Managing emails, correspondence, including identifying and communicating urgent actions, directing correspondence accordingly.
- Processing of invoices and purchase orders for the departments and issue good receipts.
- Close liaison and collaboration with other Assistants and Personal Assistants internally and externally.
- Ordering IT and office supplies as and when required.
- Proven extensive administrative and office support experience with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks seamlessly and effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact with senior management and stakeholders of all levels of the organisation internally and externally.
- Discretion and trustworthiness with extreme confidentiality; able to hand confidential information.
- Reliable, proactive and confident with the ability to work independently and work as a team player, maintaining an effective working relationship with a wide range of people.
- Flexible and adaptable in approach to work with the ability to deal with short notice changes under time pressure.
- Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, MS Team and SAP.
- An expected starting salary from £25 000 - £35 000 (pro rata) depending on experience and up to 10% annual bonus
