- Build relationships with guests to develop referrals and repeat business
- Manage a database and contact guests at the appropriate times with the right message
- Utilize exceptional listening skills and qualified discovery questions to close sales
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Energetic, sales-minded, and performance-driven individuals
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using new computer systems and prior experience with Excel and Outlook
- Ability to meet performance metrics and objectives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles
