      Personal Injury Case Manager

      Description

      Novel Technology Services is actively seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager to join our dedicated team. The Case Manager will play a critical role in managing personal injury cases from inception to resolution, providing support to clients and attorneys throughout the process. This individual will ensure that all aspects of a case are handled efficiently and effectively, maintaining the highest standards of customer service and legal compliance.


      Responsibilities

      • Assist in the intake and assessment of new personal injury cases.
      • Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them updated on their case status.
      • Collect and organize medical records, police reports, and other necessary documentation for ongoing cases.
      • Interact with insurance companies, medical professionals, and legal experts to gather relevant information.
      • Prepare case files for negotiations and court appearances as required.
      • Manage the flow of information between clients and attorneys to ensure clarity and efficiency.
      • Track case deadlines and important dates, ensuring timely submissions of documents.
      • Assist with trial preparations as necessary and provide support during court proceedings.

      Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
      • 5+ years of experience in a personal injury or legal case management role.
      • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple cases.
      • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
      • Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
      • Ability to maintain client confidentiality and comply with ethical guidelines.
      • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
      • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
